For striatal cortical organoid production, each iPSC line undergoes rigorous pluripotency evaluation to ensure it meets NeuraCell’s minimum quality thresholds—typically exceeding 90% SSEA4 positivity, 85% TRA-1-60 positivity, and an average of 75% double-positive expression. These criteria are essential for generating robust, lineage-competent cells capable of forming high-fidelity striatal tissue models.
Striatal organoids show low aggregation and uniform early development across all samples. Throughout differentiation, every batch is evaluated using NeuraCell’s standardized QC metrics at 20 days, 2 months, and 4 months, allowing quantitative assessment of morphology, viability, region-specific marker expression, and the emergence of medium spiny neuron populations. This multi-stage QC framework ensures that only high-quality striatal organoids—demonstrating consistent maturation and reproducible architecture—advance for use in research applications, disease modeling, and therapeutic screening.
